Principal

Brian Walsh is a member of Catalyst Planning Group's Project Management Team as Principal-in-Charge of Construction out of our Denver, CO office. In addition to his Business Degree in Administration, Brian brings a broad knowledge base of construction expertise to Catalyst Planning Group's Process Management division, including experience with government, technology, biotech, advertising agency, law firm and aviation projects.

Brian spearheads the Construction Management portion of the Process Management Division and manages the day-to-day construction site activities for the team's clients. In addition, Brian also spearheads the oversight of contract negotiations, security, cabling, telephony/technology and AV on Catalyst's projects. Brian is also responsible for Catalyst's Project Delivery Process and implementing those standards on each project.

Previously, Brian spent 12 years in the aviation industry in St. Louis, Missouri and Detroit, Michigan and has his Bachelor of Science in Administration from Saint Louis University.

Brian's clients have included The Colorado Department of Labor, Integer, MoneyGram, Rio Tinto, Savi/Lockheed Martin, Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority, Clifton Gunderson and Centura Health to name a few.
