Brian Walsh
Brian Walsh, Principal, is a member of Catalyst Planning Group's Project Management Team as Principal?in?Charge of Operations out of our Denver, CO office. In addition to his Business Degree in Administration, Brian brings a broad knowledge base of construction expertise to Catalyst Planning Group's Process Management division, including experience with finance, education, government, technology, biotech, oil & gas, healthcare, advertising agency, call center, law firm and aviation projects.
Brian spearheads the operations of the Project Management Division and manages Catalyst's staff of project managers. In addition, Brian also spearheads the oversight of contract negotiations, security, cabling, telephony/technology and AV on Catalyst's projects. Brian is also responsible for Catalyst's Project Delivery Process and implementing those standards on each project, as well as driving Catalyst's Value Engineering Process ensuring cost competitive project budgets for our clients.
Previously, Brian spent 12 years in the administration industry in St. Louis, Missouri and Detroit, Michigan and has his Bachelor of Science in Administration from Saint Louis University.
