Cecily Tinder
Cecily Tinder NCIDQ, Project Manager, is responsible for Design, Furniture and Move Coordination activities to include spearheading furniture & move meetings, creating and distributing RFP bid packages for those disciplines, managing the move budget and schedule and driving cost savings initiatives for Catalyst’s national client base.
With her design background, Cecily also spearheads Catalyst’s Programming and Space Plan Management practice and plays a strong role in the Master Plan review and oversight of its actual design implementation into the greater project from a design perspective. She is a member of the internal Project Management Division at Catalyst Planning Group and is actively involved in the design community out of Catalyst’s Denver, CO office.
Cecily’s project background enables her to successfully understand and implement project solutions. As a former Project Manager for the Iowa and Nebraska state grant programs, Cecily managed a portfolio of projects actively promoting and supporting their initiatives and participated in project leadership activities – as well as spearheading the RFQ/RFP competitive processes and all Project & Move Management activities.
In addition, Cecily has worked with numerous corporate clients managing their detail-oriented construction projects with skill, attention to detail and proactive management. Her communication style is exemplary and allows for a strong project management approach for all project participants.
Cecily has earned her Associates of Science in Interior Design from Metropolitan Community College and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hastings College in Nebraska. Cecily is an accredited NCIDQ design professional and has donated design time to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.
Cecily’s clients have included Avaya, IHS Energy, Rocky Mountain Institute, Iowa State School System, Nebraska State School System, Layne Energy, Vectra Banks and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado to name a few.
