The Catalyst Team has worked in 35 states and 8 countries and continues to assist clients with their project needs on a national and international basis. Our Team has over seventy-five years of collective Project Management experience in multi- disciplined industries. With ten years of flourishing business collaboration together, siblings Brian & Megan Walsh successfully launched Catalyst in 2007.
Catalyst Planning Group provides consulting solutions for companies with commercial real estate needs by providing boutique, high touch project consulting services. Catalyst Planning Group acts as the point-of-coordination for the client and all internal/external partners working on a strategic real estate project. This seamless process promotes a highly efficient exchange of information resulting in the early identification and resolution of problems. Catalyst Planning Group manages the project’s bottom line while achieving practical results. We streamline the process by providing the client with one touch point for all aspects of the project’s progress.
