Catalyst Planning Group focuses on meeting client requirements and managing real estate and construction risk from site evaluation through client move-in whether directly or indirectly as a client's third party advocate. Catalyst Planning Group can focus not only on meeting client requirements during the due diligence and the construction/renovation of sites, but also on the advance planning and organization that can be accomplished concurrently with brokerage, finance and other strategic partners in order to ease the client's transition to 1) its new or renovated/expanded space 2) modify their existing space if a renewal in place is decided upon or 3) manage the build-to-suit project. The team can be engaged early in the process to address the expansion/acquisition process with the selected broker, as well as manage the construction, schedule, budget, space planning, furniture, security, cabling, telephony/technology and other client requirements that are identified as part of the strategic real estate project.
On many occasions, the team is brought on to be a third party outsourced role for internal teams that have Real Estate and Facilities Teams in-house and might need "as needed" help for a specific project.
Catalyst Planning Group's Project Managers are performance-oriented Managers—a role that significantly expands on that of the traditional project manager or construction manager. Among its many services, the team validates space planning/programming feasibility for selected sites, acts as a catalyst to develop and retain strategic partners; tracks project performance and identifies value-engineering opportunities.
Catalyst Planning Group is focused on maintaining the project's bottom line and achieving practical results. We accomplish this by introducing process efficiencies to the identification and documentation of client space requirements, the planning, coordination and management of construction, the oversight of the team(s), the maintenance of budgets and schedules and ultimate completion of high-quality, cost-efficient real estate projects of all sizes and complexity levels. We manage and coordinate planning, construction and relocation activities to achieve the highest level of quality at competitive costs.
Catalyst Planning Group acts as the point of contact for the client and all strategic partners working on a strategic real estate project, assuring continuous communication and exchanges of information, the early identification and resolution of problems and managing the project's bottom line while achieving practical results.
