Matt Hahn
Matt Hahn, Project Manager, is responsible for pre-construction and construction activities for Catalyst including, but not limited to: pre-project planning, project planning, value engineering/cost containment, schedule production, budget development, construction document review and full bid evaluation from general contractors. Matt spearheads Schedule Management and Spend Management for Catalyst's clients. He is a Colorado native who is truly at home in Catalyst's Denver, CO office.
With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University and with his expertise in project management and estimating from his previous background as a project manager for a Colorado based general contractor, Matt excels at full project execution. His extensive field knowledge, innovative construction process methodology, project documentation skills and his strategic partner coordination expertise make him an excellent addition to the Catalyst Team.
Matt's technical approach to project management enables him to constantly think outside of the box to successfully initiate and execute project solutions.
Matt's clients have included City & County of Denver, Colorado Department of Transportation, Centura Health, Colorado Department of Education, Tap & Derrick Oil, South Conejos School District, Sangre de Cristo School District, Natrona County and Jones & Keller to name a few.
